In co-operation with Hatfield Colliery Ltd, Waystone has taken the land developer role to implement the redevelopment of redundant tip land on the site of the re-opened Hatfield Colliery. The Power Park will accommodate up to forty acres of industrial and commercial development and will offer particular benefits to users requiring large heat and power requirements. It is planned to link the Power Park with a new distribution road connecting to J5 of the M18.

The site has permission for a Materials Rehandling Facility (MRF), which it is hoped to deliver during the second half of 2013.
