| Waystone Limited, the Derbyshire based land regeneration developer and a member of the CP Holdings group of companies, announced today that it has reached an agreement to purchase Marcol's interest in the Marcol Waystone LLP. The joint venture company was established to implement the Unity project centred on the villages of Hatfield, Stainforth and Dunscroft near Doncaster. The development is strategically located adjacent to Junction 5 of the M18 motorway and provides exciting opportunities for commercial and industrial business as well as residential, retail and leisure opportunities. As from today the company will be known as Waystone Unity LLP and will work with other group companies to take the project forward. |
